2. Workshop Appointments & Bay Reservations
Customers traveling from Sitamarhi or nearby Bihar districts (Sheohar, Motihari, Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur) are strongly encouraged to confirm booking slots in advance via WhatsApp or phone. While we welcome walk-ins, reserved customers receive priority access to our indoor hydraulic bays and dedicated auto-electricians.

D.Cars guarantees that all electrical and multimedia accessories installed by our certified technicians utilize custom OEM coupler-to-coupler harnesses. No factory wiring is cut, stripped, or tampered with, ensuring full compliance with vehicle manufacturer warranty policies.
4. Product Warranties & Claims
All branded accessories (including Moco 2K Android screens, 240W LED headlights, and acoustic horns) are covered under manufacturer warranty terms (ranging from 12 to 24 months). Warranty covers internal manufacturing defects and failures. Physical glass damage, water submersion beyond IP ratings, or external tampering by unauthorized third-party mechanics voids warranty coverage.
5. Vehicle Inspection & Handover
Prior to beginning installation, our technicians perform a pre-check of the vehicle's electrical health, battery voltage, and existing dashboard condition. Once installation is finished, customers receive a live functional demonstration (optical headlight alignment, reverse camera guide test, steering audio control test) before taking delivery.
6. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from purchases or workshop services provided by D.Cars shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sitamarhi, Bihar, India.
